Admission Procedure & norms

Direct offline admissions are provided in various courses of AIMSR subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria and submission of required documents. If the information/documents furnished by him/her found incorrect/false, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled during the course of admission process or after admission.

Documents

Copy of mark sheet of 10th and 12th class.

Transfer Certificate (in original).

Migration Certificate (in original).

Character Certificate (in original)

5 Photographs of candidate.

1 Photograph of Father and 1 of Mother.

Caste and Income certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC category.

Minority certificate for minorities.

Gap certificate in case of any gap during study.

Reservation

The institute follows the provisions contained in the Constitution of India and the decisions of the Supreme Court of India as applicable to self-financing educational institutions established and administered by a MINORITY COMMUNITY.

Refund of Fee

The fee is non-refundable in case a student takes admission to any of the academic programs conducted by the institute and deposits the fee, but subsequently does not join the course or leaves the course during the Year/Semester.

Issue of College Leaving Certificate

College Leaving Certificate (C.L.C.) will be issued to a student only after completion of the concerned course in which he/she has taken admission and clearance of all dues towards the Institute.

Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute regarding admission or conduction of any course or payment or refund of fee or any other matter concerning the activities of the Institute, the jurisdiction will be that of courts of Indore only.

Ragging

The Institute follows Zero Tolerance Policy in case of ragging. As per UGC norms every year the students and guardians have to submit the undertaking that they /their ward will not indulge in ragging activities. If found guilty the students can be expelled from the college. Besides legal actions can also be taken as per the directives of UGC/Supreme Court.
